Shipping

All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail’s tracked service.

Royal Mail Tracked: £5.39

For all other orders customers have the option of DHL Express or Royal Mail International. Please note that Royal Mail International is a slower service and transit times are delivery aims provided by Royal Mail.

EU orders sent using DHL Express:

DHL Express EU: £22.95

Rest of World orders sent using DHL Express:

DHL Express Europe Non-EU: £28.95

DHL Express USA, Canada & Mexico: £30.95

DHL Express other territories: £38.95

Royal Mail international orders:

Europe International Tracked & Signed (3-5 working days) £11.45

USA, Canada & Mexico International Tracked and Signed (5-7 working days) £16.15

Japan International Tracked & Signed (5-7 working days) £15.65

We would advise all International customers with shipping queries, to email daniel@danieljenkins.co.uk  prior to placing their order.

EU Customers

Please be aware that orders are supplied under the Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) scheme.

This means that VAT, import duties and administration charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will be managed at your import border.

Clearance timeframes vary country by country, please track your parcel using the provided tracking number.

Rest of World Customers

Please note that orders may be subject to import duties and sales tax. These are levied at the border and are the responsibility of the buyer.

In the event that a shipment is damaged in the delivery process, we aim to replace.

We ask any customer affected to please send us an image of damage in an email along with order number, name and address to: daniel@danieljenkins.co.uk

If an edition ordered is no longer available, a refund will be issued.
